Kasey Palmer returns to Huddersfield Town for another year on loan, after signing a new contract with Chelsea. The attacking midfielder impressed on loan last season despite missing most of the second half of the campaign due to injury. While he’s not exactly a new signing, as he’s already spent a year in West Yorkshire, his return is a real coup for David Wagner. Palmer proved himself to be an incredibly talented player and would have been hard to replace had we not been able to get him back for another year. SIGNING: Zanka – Who is he and how will he fit in at Town?

Huddersfield Town have today signed Mathias “Zanka” Jørgensen from FC Copenhagen for a fee reported to be £3.5m. The Danish international defender usually referred to as Zanka, arrives at Town with a reputation as a great defender and a big personality. Having read up a bit on him I'm convinced he's going to tear up the Premier League for Town. What kind of a player is Zanka? Zanka, 27, usually plays on the right side of central defence. Scott Malone – Joe Lolley’s tormentor returns to Town

Huddersfield Town have signed Scott Malone, 26, from Fulham for an undisclosed fee believed to be around £3.2m. The left back signed a three-year contract with the Terriers having an option to add an extra year if they wish. Town fans may remember his goal-scoring performance for Fulham in April 2016, where he absolutely destroyed us. While Joe Lolley’s suspect positioning helped him, Malone marauded up and down the left wing that day and caused us a great deal of misery. Tom Ince has signed for Huddersfield Town from Derby County for a rumoured fee of £8m initially, rising to £11 with add-ons.
