Huddersfield Town played their first ever Premier League home game against Newcastle United and came out on top thanks to an Aaron Mooy strike. Town have won two out of two in the Premier League and find themselves second in the table. It was another excellent performance from Town and the scores for the players reflect another good day's work for the squad. Nobody had a bad performance and a few were exceptional. Let's hope Town can keep up this level of quality for as long as possible. Life in the Premier League for Huddersfield Town got off to an amazing start last weekend, with a 3-0 victory over Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park. If we can keep on performing with every player at their peak then we could be in for a good season. Huddersfield Town won away at Crystal Palace. We won our first Premier League game. We won 3-0. I still can't believe it. I wasn't sure if I'd ever see Town play in the Premier League in my lifetime, so to see us not only play but win convincingly was amazing. Pundits and bookies were not ready for this. We're supposed to be the whipping boys. Our lack of Premier League experience should mean we get walloped by established teams like Palace. David Wagner and his players haven't read the script though, they decided to do things differently. We travel down to Crystal Palace for our first ever match in the Premier League and I can't wait for this game. Huddersfield Town’s transfer business: an intelligent gamble

Huddersfield Town’s summer transfer dealings came thick and fast in early July, with 9 players either bought or borrowed in the space a few weeks. It's 10 transfers if you include Kachunga, but the intention to make his loan permanent was decided long before July so I don't think he counts A flurry of early transfer activity made us one of the big spenders in the Premier League and has some rival fans and media pundits suggesting we were panic buying. Less charitable pundits likened us to contestants on Dale Winton’s Supermarket Sweep, with David Wagner cramming every available player into his trolley as he raced around the aisles.
