Here are some of my favourite tweets from our historic 2-1 victory over Manchester United.
The stats show that we wanted it more
4 players ran 12km+ today. 3 of them were Mooy, Hogg & Williams. Engine room. 🏃🏻 🏃🏻 🏃🏻 #HTAFC

The players demonstrated the Cowshed Loyal’s message perfectly
It doesn’t count how big you are or how experienced you are. If you have passion and desire, you have no limits. Proud day today. #htafc 🔵⚪️

Gary Lineker points out how long we’ve waited for this win
Huddersfield Town have beaten Manchester United in a league game for the first time in 65 years.

Even Liam Gallagher is jumping on the Town bandwagon
Although I’m not keen on his lack of punctuation and his “as you were” sign off which seems like a plug for his new record.
Huddersfield in the fucking area cheered me rite up as you were LG x

This Hispanic commentary is perfect – GOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAL!

Spare a thought for poor Reece Dinsdale
He sits in the same stand as me, so I’ve seen him at most games back when we were in League Two. He’s currently performing at the West Yorkshire Playhouse so couldn’t make the game.
Just got off stage to hear the mighty @htafcdotcom have beaten MAN UNITED!!!
Oh my days!!!
SO PROUD!!!#Delirium #NoLimits

If Patrick Stewart is happy, I’m happy

This guy got a private message from “MilfSexUK” before the game – two reasons for him to celebrate
Before anyone tries to hunt down and expose this poor chap, it’s worth pointing out this looks a bit fishy. I’d guess it’s a rather clever bit of viral marketing forMilfSexUK and a photoshopped picture. Still, it made me laugh.
A pal sent me this from the Huddersfield/Man U game and I just can't get over it. Phenomenal pic.twitter.com/qzD01qR2Ba

Even Bradford fans are happy for… oh, never mind
If I ran a Twitter account trying to tempt people to visit Bradford I’d be pretty grumpy too.

Bring on the article summarising the best Tweets to come from Twitter on the back of another historic result at Anfield TerrierSpirit. 😉
Honestly though, I’m really feeling it for next weekend. Now I fancy us against any big boy. We are not afraid – we have NO LIMITS. There are especially no limits looking to the Anfield clash after they came unstuck at Tottenham. Liverpool are a force to be reckoned with attacking wise but are a laughing stock at the back. Pressurise them and the points are there for the taking. Don’t Liverpool have a particularly strong record on their turf to teams who have come up from the Championship?
OH NO TERRIER SPIRIT, NOW EVERTON DON’T HAVE A FULL-TIME MANAGER LIKE LEICESTER! HANDS OFF WAGNER EVERTON AND LEICESTER! HE’S STAYING PUT RIGHT HERE! Would you panic TerrierSpirit that Everton and Leicester could lure our special manager away? His name is in the rumours every time a sizable club is looking to appoint a manager.
I was in Bradley mills club before the game and everyone was saying we could keep it to two goals from Man U with their injuries , no one expected what would develop , fantastic performance by town and I hope all the pesemistic doubters that have been slating town and wagner on Facebook and Twitter (one comment said sack Wagner , what a tosser and these aren’t town fans)I’m in the cowshed and when mooy scored it went berserk , I lost my cap and scarf (found them later) then depoitre scored a great poachers goal we were in heaven,we defended in droves and determination , if we play like that we will be well safe , mourinio praised our team spirit ,it doesn’t get better than this , even the wife got her passion on Saturday I was that happy ha ha
The fans’ group Cowshed Loyal have a deserved section behind the goal at the southern end of the stadium after they worked tremondously hard to earn the 1,600 seats they have. It’s them who have upped the atmosphere levels in the stadium in seasons gone by and, for this, we have to thank them. You’re so lucky to be in the Cowshed. I wish I was, but it’s the FMU for me ’til next season!
The team celebration we have going on in front of the South Stand after a win at the John Smith’s makes me feel left out when I can’t participate. Why does it just happen in front of the South Stand and not in front of any other stand? There are more stands than just the Cowshed. #notfair. I can’t wait for the day I move.
